Enquiries and disputes

If you have an enquiry or complaint about the Plan, please contact the administration team at Willis Towers Watson, PO Box 545, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1YX or on 01707 607597.

If you have a complaint which has not been dealt with satisfactorily, the Trustee operates an internal dispute resolution procedure, as required by law. Any member who wishes to use the procedure should ask the administration team for the appropriate form.

If you are unable to resolve your difficulties or have any pensions queries which have not been dealt with by the Trustee, you also have recourse to The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS), which can be contacted on 0845 601 2923.

The Pensions Ombudsman may investigate any complaint or dispute of fact or law. They can be contacted on 0207 834 9144. The Pensions Ombudsman will not usually investigate a complaint until TPAS has been consulted.
